Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped according to the following schedule:

• Monday Shipments: Orders placed by Friday before 5PM EST

• Wednesday Shipments: Orders placed by Monday before 5PM EST

• Friday Shipments: Orders placed by Wednesday before 5PM EST

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout.

International Policy

Yes — international shipping is available.

Delivery time is typically 6–10 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Please note: International shipping timeframes do not include processing time. Customs delays may occur and are outside the control of MEB Collections.

Order Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address, contact information, and product selections before submitting your order.

MEB Collections is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

• Delays due to the shipping carrier

• Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once marked delivered

Order adjustments after submission are not guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and federal health regulations, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once products leave our facility.

Because hair extensions are considered personal-use items, once opened, handled, or worn, they cannot be resold — therefore, no exceptions will be made.

The only exception is if the hair has not been used. If you believe you qualify, please contact us directly prior to attempting a return to discuss available options.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase and only if the order has not shipped.

Once tracking has been generated or the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer eligible.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you believe you received an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging for review. If verified, we will correct the order at no cost.

Product Care & Longevity

With proper care, MEB Collections hair extensions may last 4–6 years or longer.

For best results, we recommend professional installation and the use of salon-quality products.
